Where We've Been, Where We Are, Where We're Going
Like many young men just out of high school, Bryan Lewis didn't know what he wanted to do. Growing up in Granite City afford a lot of options within the local St Louis region. He decided to serve his country. Joined the Marines in 1991 and served for 4 years. After his military term was up, he came back home. A friend of his knew he liked working with his hands and suggested a job making ductwork for a local heating and cooling company. He was intrigued by the skill of the master tinners. How they could fashion one flat piece of metal into a "piece of art" that would connect rectangle duct to a round supply. Bryan went back to school, receiving an Associate's Degree in Applied Science in HVAC. He joined the Local Sheet Metal Workers Union 268. Once he learned the math and geometry, then using a brake and hand tools to craft the same, he was hooked! His "job" turned into a career--one going on 28 years.
From Bryan Lewis: I increased my knowledge from designing ductwork to understanding refrigeration principles, electrical schematics, combustible gas properties, and a myriad of other subjects that incorporate the full HVAC skill sets. I wasn't satisfied with just knowing the V (Ventilation) in HVAC. My goal was to fully grasp the H & AC (Heating & Air Conditioning). I made myself a promise to continue my education throughout my career. I've attained over a 1,000 hours of continuing education. I will never let technology leave me behind. My passion is to build a company with technicians that know their trade, inside and out; and to deliver services that are second-to-none. I'll ensure your technician is clean cut, friendly, courteous, and professional. They will communicate the diagnosis of any problem you have along with providing a comprehensive solution. Our goal is to serve our community with integrity along with educating our clients on the best heating and cooling solution, fitting their needs and budget.

Be willing to learn new technology, hone skill sets, possess a caring attitude toward clients; and be ready to assist other team members—we win as a team. Besides, it's more fun that way.

A basic knowledge of refrigeration, furnace and heat pump dynamics, air distribution principals and air filtration.

Physically assist in lifting units over 100 pounds, work a minimum of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week; and willing to work a rotating on-call schedule; therefore, a good driving record is required.
